Humanity Solutions (KvK 71110178) is the single controller for this site and its sister sites (Sumnetics, Summanity, Summanitism, Humanity Games, Respectful Migration, Restructuring Supply Chains, High Ground Acquisitions, Improve Water Governance, Improving Citizen Participation, Investing in Africans, Aspiration Platform, Heat Protection Solutions, Water Protection Club, Improving Online Public Services, Bankruptcy Bargains, Data Exchange Platform). Messages from all sites are kept in one inbox and are used only to reply to you.

Data we collect via the intake forms

Name (optional in the shared schema; requested here), email (required), message / interest details, role path (initiator, community, or operator), and related context such as watershed/region, prospective chapter name, stakeholder type, organization, and facility/region. A honeypot field may be present for spam protection and must stay empty.

Please do not include sensitive or third-party personal data in the message fields.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your details only to reply to your request and to follow up on chapter or operator interest (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps at your request prior to a contract / Art. 6(1)(f) where applicable for legitimate interest in answering inquiries). We do not use these form submissions for marketing. Any future newsletter would require a separate, optional, unticked opt-in.

Recipients and processors

Submissions are processed in the Google Workspace account used by Humanity Solutions (trade name Foresight Transitions). Google acts as processor (EU–US Data Privacy Framework). The shared intake uses Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. Hosting for this static site is provided by Hostinger; server access logs may be processed by the host.

Retention

Intake records are kept for 12 months after the last contact, then deleted. Hosting logs follow the host’s normal retention. Marketing opt-ins (if any) are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection, and data portability where applicable, by emailing connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net. You may lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority): autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Essential browser storage is not used for tracking. No Google Fonts or third-party style/script CDNs are loaded for presentation.

How forms work

• Forms POST to the shared Humanity Solutions intake endpoint. A success message appears only after the endpoint confirms.
• If sending fails, a mailto fallback to connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net is shown.
• No live chapter registry or automatic membership confirmation is claimed on this site.
• No payment checkout or fixed founder-fee amount is published here.
